Husband and wife culinary team Morné Van Antwerp and Sue Ann Lambert have worked in kitchens all over the world. They've opened PRIMAL in downtown Halifax, bringing a fun, laid-back environment, where everything is made in-house and the focus is on expertly prepared meats.
